Insurancewith is proud of their work, which helps so many customers find suitable travel insurance at an appropriate price. Especially those customers who have been diagnosed with a condition that many other travel insurance providers would see as higher travel risk than we would. By listening to our customers and the charities that support them, and by working closely with the team who manage our in-house medical screening tool Protectif, our medical screening questions are regularly updated as a direct result of charity and customer feedback. This enables us to medically screen our customers and assess their individual risk for travel insurance. With this approach, we have helped many people get away on that all important holiday to rest, relax and make those special memories.
In the past, we were delighted that the work we did was recognised by our peers in the insurance industry. In 2011, we were a finalist in the UK Broker Awards, and in 2013, we were thrilled to be named the Insurance Times Winner of Broker Innovation of the Year. In 2016 we were Best Travel Insurance Provider, Bronze Award winner, at the British Travel Awards, and in 2017 we were Customer Champion of the Year at the Insurance Times Awards. In 2018, our founder Fiona Macrae was awarded the Consumer Marketing and Awareness Award at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Public Trust Awards.
More recently in 2024, we won the Outstanding Services to Customer award at The Broker Innovation Awards.
As well as this, in 2024 we are a finalist in the Insurance Times Awards 2024, in the Customer Champion of The Year category. Along with, finalist in the Insurance Choice Awards 2024, for Best Travel Insurance Provider, Customer Service Champion and Treating Customers Fairly Champion. Fiona Macrae Founder of Insurancewith was nominated for Women in Insurance Awards, 2024 and we were also a MoneyFacts Finalist, 2024.
