Insurancewith travel policies are administered by Travel Insurance Facilities Plc (tifgroup) on behalf of the insurer Collinson Insurance.

Our insurer, Collinson Insurance, is a trading name of Astrenska Insurance Limited who is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority. NOTE: For policies issued or re-issued after the end of the transition period through an EEA establishment of a TPR firm, only UK risks are FSCS protected (new policies relating to EEA, Channel Island, Isle of Man or Gibraltar risks are not protected). Policies issued through an EEA establishment are only eligible for FSCS protection where the firm does not yet have a UK establishment (eg. where a TPR insurer in the process of setting up a UK establishment issues policies through an EEA establishment after the end of the transition period).”

• – For policies purchased up to 31st April 2017: This section of our policies is administered by Supercover Insurance Ltd with UK General Insurance Limited on behalf of Ageas Insurance Limited.

• – For policies purchased from 1^st March 2017 to 28^th February 2018: This section of our policies is administered by Supercover Insurance Ltd with UK General Insurance Limited on behalf of Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) SE. Supercover Insurance Ltd and UK General Insurance Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) SE is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

• – For policies from 1st March 2018 to 29^th February 2020: This section of our policies is administered by Bastion Insurance Services Ltd with UK General Insurance Limited on behalf of Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) SE. Bastion Insurance Services Ltd and UK General Insurance Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) SE is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

• – For policies from 1^st March 2020 to 5th January 2022: This section of our policies is administered by Taurus Insurance Services Taurus Insurance Services Limited (Taurus) an insurance intermediary licence and authorised in Gibraltar by the Financial Services Commission. The insurer Am Trust Europe Limited is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority Am Trust Europe Limited has entered into a Binding Authority Contract No. WUKGAD148030 with Taurus, which authorises Taurus to issue insurance on their behalf.

• – For policies issued from 17th January 2022 onwards: This section of our policies is now underwritten by Collinson Insurance. Collinson Insurance is a trading name of Astrenska Insurance Limited who is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority. Their Financial Services Register Number is 202846

Finally, to ensure our customers have protection against unexpected disasters like scheduled airlines failure:

• – For policies prior to 31/04/2019 our End Supplier Extension was supplied by MGA Cover Services Limited; underwritten by MGA Cover Services Limited under a binding agreement with CBL Insurance Europe Limited.

• – For policies purchased between 01/05/2019 and 30/11/2023 we teamed up with International Passenger Protection Limited; Underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE to offer dedicated ‘end supplier failure’ cover.
